I'm new here, so I'd like to say hi to all, I'm so very glad there's something like this.

I've been having my period since I was 13, so for nearly 6 years. It still hasn't regulated. I always get it, but sometimes there's only 14 days in between, 3 weeks, sometimes one week in between Aunt Flo's visit. It varies, and it's become incredibly annoying. Yes, I've written down the dates on a calender, kept in for about six months, and never had a time where they were more than 24 days apart. I'm seeing a obgyn for the first time next week, but do you have any ideas on what I could do to regulate it, or why my body's this way?

I'm not a big exerciser, have normal eating habits, weigh average for my height and built, so I can't think of any other possible reason.

Thanks much.

my guess is that they'll want to put you on birth control to regulate it. it generally works very well and will probably help you out a lot, when you find a pill you like.

Mine took about 6 years and getting on birth control to finally smooth out.
