What's this people are saying about using certain muscles to bring on a period...? I haven't had mine in far too long and I want it to...err, arrive; so does my body. Meditation? Excersizes? Any tips would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Give a blow job *g* Or drink raspberry-leaf tea. There's a chemical in both, er, substances, that promotes uterine contractions. There's also a supplement called black cohosh that brings your period on; you can get that at earthy-crunchy type stores. When I took it, it made my periods lethal (oy crampy) but brief.

Don't do any of this shit if you might be pregnant, it pretty much goes without saying (but I will say it anyhow).
