Does anyone know of a decent online menstrual calendar? I'd like to start keeping track of my periods - today, for the first time ever, I'm fairly certain that I felt myself ovulating: a short, sharp pain on one side of my body that twinged for a few seconds and then stopped, and a little ache there for about ten minutes after and I'm curious as to whether it'll happen again. The timing works out okay with my period, a little under two weeks before.

Also curious as to whether there is a hormone surge on ovulation? I felt sort of weepy last night and I'm wondering if that's why. Have any of you experienced that?

Once the egg is released, you enter your luetal phase. Your body starts to make hormones to keep the lining of your uterus in place and growing in preparation for implantation of a ferilized egg.
