I must share my exuberance.

I changed doctors two months ago. This woman actually listens to me. She diagnosed me with yet another in a long string of vaginal infections and prescribed Cleocin. None of my other *cough* male *cough* doctors have given me this drug even though these bacterial infections have been almost constant for a year.

I used the stuff for 3 days and the infection is gone. IT'S GONE!!! *jumps for joy*

I think this is the first time I've been infection free in years. It feels so blissfully normal.

i know how you feel about male doctors. they just don't understand and i don't think it's a sexist thing for me, it's just that at least a woman doctor knows how her species operates.
