i read in a psychology book that, in the period of the menstrual cycle when girls are able to conceive, they find more masculine features more attractive, and when they are not able to conceive, they find more feminine features more attractive. O_o

hmm! funny. dunno how accurate that is...i don't find more masculine features to be more attractive at any point in time, able to conceive or no.

I agree.

Masculine features are always a turn-on. No matter what time of the month it is.

Of course, if the hormones are raging, then Masculine features on a guy are an instant turn-on. ;-)

I saw a Learning Channel program about it. They went out to a night club and sampled a bunch of women. They took pictures and took saliva swabs from each woman. From the saliva swabs they were able to determine at what point in their cycle they were. The women in the more fertile stage of their cycle were showing a lot more skin than the women who weren't. I thought it was freaky.

actually this study was discussed in my behavioral psychology textbook so yeah there really is evidence for it.
