Ive had my period for a pretty long time, and ive pretty much figured out a regular schedule. But this cycle i feel sick and ive been vomiting alot, i cant keep anything down at all. ive been having painful stomach cramps that for the past few days ive been taking nightly tylenol, so that id be able to sleep. COULD this be anything VERY serious? And is this normal, even though ive been having my period for a pretty long time?

If she's not normally this sick and she's getting painful stomach cramps, she should call the doctor. It could be serious. It could also be unconnected to her period (like a stomach flu that came at the same time). Or it could be something else entirely. I'd suggest that she call her doctor, explain her symptoms, and see what they say. Today's a Sunday, and everywhere I've ever lived, you can call the doctor on Sunday and leave a message with the answering service. The doctor will call back and say if it's something that needs to be seen immediately or if she'd just be able to call back for an appointment come Monday.
