So my period starts a day early. Of course I am wearing good underwear and nice pants. Ugh. At least I'm not real crampy. Of course, I have now jinxed that!

yes, usually the first or second day. This month it was the second day. ugh.

Ack... it's so painful and uncomfortable. Men just don't understand... you get hot and cold, achey and sore, uncomfy and bloated... errr. I'm not looking forward to the end of the month.

I find that tums works... also a calcium supplement.
