Depo Question

Okay, I have been on Depo for a year now...I have just stopped having my period. Now, I am having a lot of discharge. It's quite embarassing and I have told my boyfriend about it, he's very comfortable w/stuff like that because he has a lot of female friends and hears about stuff like that all the time. However, now I am feeling very self-conscious. He likes to go down on me a lot and I am nervous that maybe the scent down there will be different or even a turn off. I shower daily but how else can I keep myself clean? I don't want it to be a turn off.....and even just for own knowledge. Any similar experieces? Any suggestions? I am feeling pretty frustrated although I am happy my period has stopped.

the way i do it for my peace of mind is to only worry about it right beofre he's about to go down on me - i get into the shower and use the attachment sprayer part on it, plus soap on the outside, and then rinse well, and i doubt it could possibly smell like me much by the time i'm done.

then again it also helped me just to check it out myself. like, if i've had my hand there, i just put a finger in my mouth (that sounds totally weird now that i've written it, but if i'm making my boyfriend stick his face in it, i want to know what it tastes like!). anyway i thought it tasted pretty decent. that made me feel better. :-)

Not a freak. I didn't notice any discharge when I was on depo, but that doesn't stop me from making sure that I taste alright. Mostly because I hate going down on funk, and wouldn't want that on someone else I am intimate with. But I also do it because if it doesn't taste or smell right (a little sour like lemons but not too much so; little msuk is a different issue because that is skin...) then there is some imbalance going on down there that should be taken care of. If you don't want to taste your self, smell it. It should smell fresh with no wierd sents (unless on the rag...but...).
