Hello gals,

Perhaps this topic has already been discussed before I joined but can anyone help with foods/other things that induce your period?

Thanks.

wrote out something...fairly long about herbal things. Mainly it was about things to regulate which is much more healthy then inducing your peroid, since how inducing works is taking a slight abortive (yes that is what parsely is). Ihve not heard anything about ginger inducing. In my books, the only thing that ginder is good for is for highteneing circulation, releiving nasia, and for topic aid for skin leisions like chilblains. So instead of inducing, you should try to find teas, like chaste tree, that will help regulate you. They are not natural birthcontrol, but a means of regulation. Inducing is really hard on your body, and can atcually make your cramps worse because of the toxins your have sent to your uterus, not no mention what might happen later if done too often...

i agree, thanks for that. i took chaste tree tinctures after getting off The Pill and it helped me lots; much better to support your system than attack it, which is why we like herbs/nutrition in the first place [rather than pills/medicine]. right?
