I've been on BCP for the last 5yrs too and though I've got the AF date pat down, sometimes the aches don't show up till a few mins before and at other times they're there a whole 2 days before! :-S

i was cramping last night too haha, but alas no period. I'm on bc as well, but have been having phantom periods alot lately. and i have no clue why. it's interesting.
