okay, I'm pretty sure this has been asked before but I'm new here so humor me k?

I'm a big supporter of alternative products for menstruation.

I tried sea sponges....they weren't doing it.

Finally I was able to find the product Instead. Now before I lay my money down...tell me your experiences with it.....I know how it works but what are the great parts and the not so great parts.

Like is it going to slip and spill all over?

I need to know....my period is approaching!

I've heard that the Instead cup isn't that great, but I don't have first-hand experience with it.
Meanwhile, The Keeper rocks my socks.
