As in my previous post (here), which no one replied to :/...It's now the day my period should start but it hasn't (thank God, I left my Diva at home and am out of midol) which doesn't worry me too much. All the signs have shown up (stomach issues, wonderful period acne, yadda yadda) so I'm expecting it any time now. It sometimes is a couple days late just because I am under a ton of stress right now. But, I'm still concerned about what happened in my previous post (spotting for one day - day 16 after the start of my last period). I will definately be taking a test if I still haven't started within a week but I just wanted to see if anyone had any clue what happened. Even if ya don't know, post and say so - so that I know my post wasn't just looked over/ignored.

implantion bleeding only lasts a short period of time. for me, it was a small spot of blood, once, I discovered it after wiping.

if your period is due today, you can take a test. when I got pregnant, my early symptoms were sort of like exaggerated PMS.

See, that's what it was. Just after wiping and it was a bit more than I would expect for just "spotting". I actually put my cup in that night and seemed to bleed just a bit more but that was it. I think I will give it a couple more days (hell, I may start in a few hours for all I know) and see. Thanks for replying :)

My guess is that what you experienced last time was related to ovulation. Day 16 is around the right time frame and bleeding around ovulation is completely normal - it can also be more than just spotting, sometimes as much as light to medium bleeding. Cramping is also normal around that time (known as mittleshmertz). If you're really worried, take a test in a few days.

Never had that happen before, but there's a first time for everything right? I'm hoping that's all that it was. A baby is not something we need (or could handle) right now, but if that's what it is then so be it. :)

Yup, every cycle is different. For example, sometimes I have mittleshmertz and spotting, sometimes I have one and not the other, and sometimes I have neither. But, as I said, if Aunt Flow doesn't start in a few days, take a test to relieve your worries. Good luck :-)
