Some opinions
Dec. 28th, 2004 08:19 pmI once was on something called PMS Balance, a homeopathic remedy for cycle regulation and it worked amazingly well-- then I couldn't find it anymore and I'm looking for it online. It's by Rexall, but rexall.com seems to be down and I don't feel comfy ordering from any vendor I find on google.
What are your thoughts on these products (the ingrdients, et cetera)? If I can't find the PMS Balance, I'll get one of these.
1: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B00024W110/sr=1-4/qid=1104286722/ref=sr_1_4/103-6196859-6200637?%5Fencoding=UTF8&n=3760931&s=hpc&v=glance
2: Leaning towards this one; I recognize the ingredients and know what they're for: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B00014FC5I/sr=1-2/qid=1104286722/ref=sr_1_2/103-6196859-6200637?%5Fencoding=UTF8&n=3760931&s=hpc&v=glance

5: this one looks promising, too; http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B00028LNME/sr=1-23/qid=1104289181/ref=sr_1_23/103-6196859-6200637?%5Fencoding=UTF8&n=3760931&s=hpc&v=glance
And any truth to the creams and ointments that are supposed to ease cramps and other menstrual symptoms? It doesn't compute, at least to me.

Date: 2004-12-29 07:38 am (UTC)I went to a seminar hosted by the Burts Bee's company and they said about a million times, "anything you wouldn't put in your mouth, you shouldn't put on your skin" because it all ends up in your body weather you're ingesting it through your mouth or rubbing it into your skin. Likewise, if you think these products are reasonably priced and seem to have healthy ingredients, they're probably worth a shot. Just look up anything you don't recognize, and if it seems WAY too good to be true, it probably is.
