Ever since I miscarried in March my body has been doing weird things. Before that, my period was so reliable. I would get it on the same day, usually on the same hour. Then March went by, and I started getting my period every other month, which is nerve racking when you are trying to conceive again. And then something worse happened. It came for two weeks in November. Fifteen days, to be exact. This month, it lasted for almost three weeks, and I'm still spotting here and there. It's so frustrating! This is mutiny, I tell you, mutiny! I wish I knew what was going on.

i've never miscarried, and i don't know anybody who has, but i'm thinking your body might be messed up for the next year?
i had a thought that popped into my head...it might be wrong but its a thought. when you get your period for the first time its usually off for the first year. like mine...i got it and then a week later i got it again, and then after a few months i lost it for 5 months, etc. so maybe after you miscarried it sent your body into distress and kindof started over? that sounds really dumb...but it just popped into my head that that could be the reason.
and you're probably having people tell you this a lot, but try and stop stressing out because that could have something to do with it. try scented candles, long bubble baths, massages, making love for the fun of making love and not with babies on the mind, stuff like that.
good luck!

i'm sorry to hear your period's been so crazy. and you can't get on the pill to regulate it! i'm not quite sure how to advise you but have you checked in with your doctor about how you can best try to get pregnant again? i'm sure he or she will have heard of this happening before.

I'd call a doctor (or maybe a midwife would be even better for this kind of advice... they're less likely to suggest drugs) and ask if this is normal. They're trained to deal with this sort of thing regularly so they've probably seen this a lot more than all of us who have little experience with miscarriages. They might know of some supplements that you could take to increase fertility or to regulate your period instead of progressive & expensive hormone/fertility therapy.

I'm sorry to hear about that, by the way. I hope everything works out well for you.
