this is weird and slightly gross, but..

Earlier today, I felt a type of discharge, like when you have your period and you can feel the blood/uterus lining leaving... but ignored it because I just had my period about two weeks ago. A few hours later, I had to go to the bathroom.. and I found this strange mucus-y discharge in my underwear. It didn't smell bad at all, but honestly looked like thick, slightly tinted mucus, but a different consistency.. not as.. sticky/watery, I guess, not chunky at all.

I'm kind of confused as to what this might be, and am going to watch out for further appearance of it, but if anyone has any ideas, please feel free to share :)
