I was on Celexa for about six weeks... loved the mood effects, but it gave me horrid migraines and I couldn't stop grinding my jaw... so they switched me to something else...

it didn't lower my sex drive, but (warning, warning, too much info ahead) I couldn't orgasm for anything... pissed me right off LOL

i was on celexa for about a year its great. and no it does not alter your sex drive, thats Paxal. its a seratonin drug so if makes you feel happy. its good. take it.

I found celexa very helpful for depression and PMS (anxiety was still high, though). Unfortunately, I had to change meds because it was aggravating my headaches, making them worse. Other than that, though, it worked really well.
