i'm going to explain this as best as i can.
a few months after i was off depo i had my period for about a month to two months, i went to the doctor and he put me on bc. now, i've always had really bad cramps until recently, now i have cramps that are so painful i can't do anything but cry. could it be because the birthcontrol or what? should i get it checked out? should i even worry?

the only thing that I have to say, which would reafirm going to the doctor, is maybe there is a reaction going on with the depo? I know that some people have thier period fairly soon off the depo, but it hasn't fully worked out of the system...so this might be conflicting with the BC. That would be my worry.

Severe pain in my book would constitute at the very least a call to your doctor. A visit if they think it's appropriate would follow
