nightmares...

So last night in my dreams I was wondering around this lake and got a bad cramp, so I headed to ther nearest doctor, who happened to be a Gyno. She examined me and told me that I will be fine, but she had to look at my medical history. My mom comes in, for some reason, and is holding out all these tubes and a shift and telling me to prep for sugery.
What the heck???
So my mom tells me that I have to be put back onto depo so she decided that I should get lipo first to combat the weight gain things. I go all beserk and start getting into battle mode, so by the time the doctor comes around, I have made a plan. I told her that the plan was no sugery, and she said that was fine. But I had to take the shot.
((enter fight scene here))
So I duel it out with the doctor and get Depo stuff all over the place and eventually get out of the office and head for the hills. And I have to think:
What in the heck is my dream about???
Am I really that done with taking birthcontrol? Am I really that happy with having my Aunto Flo visit again every month? Or am I that adverse to being at the mercy of doctors?
*shakes head*
I think I need to eat less cookie dough before I go to bed.

Well, it does sound like being on depo made you feel "not in control", maybe you felt like doctors were interfering with the natural rythm of your body? Or maybe you just hated going to the doc to get your shot?

What was your reason for going off depo?

It's a pretty funny dream anyway (I hope you don't mind mesaying that, I don't know if it was funny for you as strong feelings can be associated with dreams).

I was totally not being serious. It did wake some wonders, but I tend not to take things like that too seriously. I call them nightmares because they do scare me while I am in the dream, but I tend to wake up and laugh at the absurdity of it all.You reasonings do seem to fit though. My reason for going off was because it was time to give my body a break. Sometimes bodies tend to do that. And I really don't care for doctors...

I thought you seemed amused by the dream but wasn't totally sure, so I didn't want to sound insensitive because, well, it could also be seen as a pretty scary dream....
