The secrets in your menstrual cycle
Feb. 11th, 2005 09:15 amHi gals!
I've been lurking here for awhile, but I figured I'd finally post, since from your entries I see that some of you might find this interesting:
I have a new book coming out May 1st called 28 Days: What Your Cycle Reveals About Your Love Life, Moods, and Potential. It's the first daily horoscope based on women's hormones. Yes, women's hormones!
Supported by over one hundred scientific studies, 28 Days shows you how your hormones affect you every day of your menstrual cycle in virtually every way -- mood, brain skills, relationship, sex, money, career, diet, health, and more.
There are also helpful tips for dealing with your period. For instance, if you start taking ibuprofen two to three days before your period, it will lessen or prevent menstrual cramps! That's because ibuprofen prevents the production of prostaglandins, the chemical that causes the pain of cramps. Even better? It can take as little as one to two ibuprofens two to three days before your period to prevent cramps.
If you'd like to learn more about 28 Days, you can check out its website at 28Days-thebook.com.
I also decided to pipe up now because I'm offering a special free bonus for people who reserve 28 Days before the May 1st launch date -- The 28 Days Vacation Guide, a daily guide to planning the perfect vacation according to your hormone cycle! Simply reserve the book on Amazon.com or BarnesandNoble.com, drop me a note at Gabrielle@28Days-thebook.com, and I'll email you The 28 Days Vacation Guide.
Thanks, all!
