After much issue with being able to get it to where I live, I finally have my DivaCup. Just in time too, because I have started that period countdown. I am going to wear it tonight, because I will probably be going to a party, and I don't want to be caught. That and it gives me practice to wearing it. I am glad that I have it, because unlike a tampon, I can wear it when I think that it is coming, instead of waiting for it to come. I hate getting caught.
So YEAH! *does the happy I-have-a-DivaCup dance*

Yay for DC's!!

I actually practiced with mine, because it arrived mid cycle for me. I just slapped a little lube on it. It was such a good idea though because when my period did arrive I was already familiar with and used to the cup. So if I were you I'd definitely start using it tonight :)

second to the lube idea if you don't actually have the period yet. i always wait for it to start to put the keeper in, and i've heard putting it in otherwise is kinda uncomfortable. wouldn't want your first time to be no fun!

I actually didn't have a problem. I have a fairly happy area there, but I also did it while I was in the shower...so no problems at all and I am a fairly happy girl (although I am thinking that I will clip the stem a bit...it pinchs some)

mine is pinching and feels funny. also it feels like it is rubbing my cervix and it is poking out the bottom. this hurts
