Yay, I'm in the hut...a week early. This never happens. My cycle is usually pretty regular.

I remember one thing that happened about two years ago. My cycles had been pretty uneventful around that time, until one time my period was about 2 or three weeks late (I was having regular, but protected, intercourse at the time). WHen my period finally did come, it was REALLY heavy, and REALLY painful, and lasted just over 2 weeks (it normally lasts 5 days). I went to the doctor, and after doing an ultrasound and various other tests to make sure nothing was seriously wrong, the doctor determined that the only probable explanation was that I had miscarried.

So that's pretty much it for weird period stories from me, I'd better go to bed. Cheers!

That's happened to me before - my period wasn't very late, but it was late, and I'd had unprotected sex. Man, those cramps were phenomenal - blinding white pain! I almost passed out on the kitchen floor.
