Looking for like-minded lj friends
Feb. 22nd, 2005 06:08 pmI feel like a big dork posting this since I have a "regular" lj with my "regular" friends. But I've started this journal specifically for my "down there." I wanted a safe place to explore femininity, feminism, my cycles, sex, and everything else that's related to what I was born with between my legs in a really frank way. Unfortunately, for the most part, I don't think that my friends in my other journal are kindred souls in that respect, and the ones who are don't care to hear about my exploits in bed then look at me over lunch! So I'm out looking for some new lj friends who maybe are interested in the same topics. So, um, be my friend? Did I mention I feel like a big dork? :-)

Date: 2005-02-23 02:31 am (UTC)If exploring and celebrating ourselves as women makes us dorky, then hey, let's embrace the dorkiness!
(Hey, I have a personal lj *and* a personal lj for my work in women's mysteries, as well as being part of this community ... does that make me a *really* big dork?) :-)
