sorry to be explicit, but...
Sep. 23rd, 2001 09:58 pmin order to ask this question, i kinda need to be explicit. see, i think somethings wrong with me. whenever my man goes to, well, finger me, he'll get like a half of a finger in me...and it kills like murder. its not like hes going too fast or hard or anything, but it kills. im not sure what to do, literally, im lost. i have been fingered before, by another boy..and it didnt hurt. do any of you girls have any ideas as to what could be going on here?
im sorry i know this doesnt have anything to do with menstruation, but i figured that you girls know your stuff, so any help would be appreciated. thanks!

Date: 2001-09-23 08:13 pm (UTC)also, what my mom told be before going to a gyno: even tho you can't have sex before it, if you masturbate the night before it gets the skin moister so it is easier. don't know if it's acutally true, but something to try..

Date: 2001-09-25 08:18 am (UTC)if you fingered yourself right now, would it hurt?
Vaginitis (inflammation of the vagina) can be caused by things like yeast. That would cause a sort of burning pain on the outside, and a achy don't-stretch-me pain on the inside. It's not a huge deal though. If you're a virgin, it's not an STD, and yeast is easily cured.
Or he could have just been too rough. tell him to lay off. :)

Date: 2001-09-25 12:36 pm (UTC)i get a yeast infection after almost
every period.
That sucks :( I get yeast a lot too. However, sometimes if you get yeast a lot it can really be some other kind of vaginitis (a blanket term for "inflammation of the vagina"-- often cause of a reaction to chemicals), but you just think it's yeast cause it feels a lot like yeast. That happened to me-- I have a very yeast-like reaction to a certain kind of pantyliner. When I switched pantyliners I stopped getting vaginitis so often.
Anyway-- whether you have yeast or some other infection (which isn't serious so don't get worried, it won't kill you or anything, but you might want to check and see what products you're using and try switching, or talk to your dr) that could definately be the reason you were in so much pain. Were you having a yeast infection at the time? Or had you just gotten over one?

Date: 2001-09-25 03:32 pm (UTC)i cant say i get an infection after every period. but most...
i always assumed that it was some sort of reaction to the pads i was using and such, but i never knew if i was just making that up or whatnot.
i should really get checked out, man! the more im talking about this, the more i realize that.
thanks for your help dear!
