So, I just bought a Divacup today. I came home and right away read all the information, washed, and practiced putting it in.
It's in right now for a little so I can get used to it.
But I still feel it in there. I thought you weren't supposed to feel it. Do I not have it in all the way? Or too far?
I already had to trim the stem because it was just hanging down too far and uncomfortable. Much better after trimming it.
I decided to leave it in for a while thinking that I wouldn't feel it if my body got used to it being there.
Any pointers or advice?

I don't really know anything about Divacups or any similar product, but I would imagine, in the terms of being able to feel it there, it's just like contacts in your eyes - at first, you feel them all the time, but as you become accustomed to them, you don't even notice they're there.

I find that with mine if I don't insert it in far enough I can feel it. Everyone's body is different though. Try adjusting it a bit periodically until you find a position that is more comfortable for you.

when i first put it in, i can feel it for a bit (especially if it's the first time for the cycle). after about a half hour tops, it'll settle in and i won't be able to feel it. after the first time each cycle, it only take a few minutes to settle in the right place.

good luck!

push it in further. i can only feel mine when it's not in far enough-- this was the case even when i first started using it. your vagina is only sensitive at the very outer end, so when it's right it should be in past all the sensitive bits.

The first poster is correct. I could feel mine constantly the first cycle, but with each cycle my awareness diminished. Now I don't feel it at all. I think that because it's new, you're tensing up down there and that makes you more aware of it.
