my allergies are awful right now and *checks calendar* yup, i'm PMSing too.. i'm told actually that hormonal fluctuations make it easier for us to pick up bugs (cold, flu, etc) during PMS. isn't that just great?

if you do a google search on it or something you could probably find a few articles, but yes, i remember there being some research.. it's probably not "all in your head" :)

I also become way more of a klutz when I'm on my period. I keep dropping stuff, and this morning I ran into a doorway with my shoulder.
