is there ANY way i can make my period come earlier?

i have a prom to go to and if my cycle doesn't change, i'll have it :-\ and birth control is out of the question.

i heard stress makes your period come earlier, and it's happened to me once, but i don't want to purposely stressed out because that's retarded.

stress can also make your period come later.

aside from the memories linked above, take a look over at bloodmoonherbs for other suggestions :) also, Dr. Drew (of LoveLine fame) once said in a magazine i read that masturbation can help to start your period (it was a write-in Q&A, the girl was asking if masturbating could make you late, and Dr. Drew said that actually the contrary was true).
