Apr. 26th, 2005 06:18 amI'm new and I've got a question.
I hardly ever exercise but in the past two weeks I've been going crazy at it.
Now, my period is late.
Would a sudden bout of exercise throw off my perfectly regular cycle?
P.S.

I don't think a preggers test is gonna help ye much.
Few months back when I was exercising daily, and losing weight, etc., my period didn't fluctuate at all, and I was kinda expecting that it would. Make sure you're eating plenty of good things... protein etc.
