Alright. Here goes.
I have my period right now. I've had it since this previous Tuesday, and it's still going about 5-6 grams a day. Now, that's a really long time for me, as it should've ceased about Saturday.
The thing is though, I skipped about 2 months....but that's normal. my period is irregular like this, it'll skip months, come back for 5 skip a few more, and every time I've had it, it's never lasted this long. I'm not on birth control.

Anyone have any clue what's going on/what I should do?

might I enquire how old you are?

it could be growing to blame for the random long period. When I was 16 I would get weird short ones then LONG ones all the time. My hormones were wacky.

The irregular bleeding—and the fact that this irregularity has come in the past—sounds like it could be a symptom of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (http://my.webmd.com/hw/womens_conditions/tw9104.asp). Definitely get it checked out by a doctor to be sure.
