Okay.
I got over my period technically on saturday but it was light for the last few days. I just went to the bathroom & I'm bleeding again. It's not just droplets but it's not heavy either. The blood is a bit dark, but not overly, though my blood is never lighter anyway. Is there a reason for this?

Just the natural cycle of things. Sometimes that happens. I have it happen on occassion.

It's just the last bit of blood comming out. Nothing to worry about.

I had several cycles a while ago where I fully stopped discharging anything bloodied for a day and a half before resuming flow of fresh blood. I think it's just goofy variation and I doubt it means there's a problem.
