Hello everyone,

im sorry if this has been asked before but i did check in the memorys and i didnt find it.. but does anyone know of a free online period tracker? im starting to get cramps now and im not sure if its my period, but i think it is.
my last period was April 27th, so im thinking sometime soon i will get it hopefully.

The best way to track your menstrual cycles is to take your basal body temperature. You can chart these temperatures, along with other fertility signs in places like fertilityfriend.com

you have to get a basal thermometer. it's not quite the same as a fever-style one.
