okay so here's the deal.  i am bloated like no other, thank you hormones.  i have done all that i can naturally to reduce the bloating.  i'm on weight watchers so i eat right, i work out for an least an hour a day, i've upped my daily water intake to 64 oz. a day and i'm avoiding salt.  yet since saturday i've gained 2 pounds and i'm scared that by this saturday the scale is going to show a gain!  i've done plenty of research online on water pills, and these two seem to be the best options.

chroma slim water pill  or spironolactone

has anyone had any experience with these or know of any other ways to knock down this bloat before saturday?

Bless your heart; I know what ya mean. I typically gain and lose 5 lbs. of water. Don't know about the pills, but I do know that diet-wise if you go ketogenic you will drop 3 pounds of water right away. By ketogenic, I mean just eat protein foods--no carbs, not even veggies or fruit so be sure and take vitamins. When you drop the carbs, you start to drop H20 also.
