So I get my period a week early, as usual, and it's Saturday so I decided to pretend it was green pill week, thinking maybe then I could just bleed one week instead of two, for once. Cause this is really getting old. (yes, i have an appointment next month - I finally got around to it.)

So...my period is twice as heavy as usual. What the hell? You'd think it takes time for uteri to build up enough tissue for a heavy period...

Sigh. Well, I won't try that again.

In other news, I managed to pull a muscle in my arm trying to insert a (very evil) tampon. I'm impressed with my mad skills. Does anyone know any brands of organic tampons (with applicators, cause i'm uncoordinated) that don't suck that I can order online? I live in the middle of nowhere and don't have a car.

most of the time i use my KEEPER (http://www.keeper.com) - which i HIGHLY recommend to anyone reading this (safe, economical, environmentally responsible, and 2nd only to the phone in terms of modern conveniences). if i absolutely have to use a tampon, i use natracare (http://www.pandorapads.com) -they can be ordered online with or w/o an applicator.
