Okay. This isn't really a rant about my period.. more like.. a... praising of it :) Which is rare. Well I mean.. well, you'll get it.

Okay. So. A couple weeks ago I broke up with my boyfriend. It was kind of funny that way cause we had had sex that morning, but then still broke up cause I guess I went crazy. That Night I was still crazy and hooked up with one of my ex's and had sex. Keep in mind both times they pulled out. Okay. So, yeah. Well then I got back together with my boyfriend. So, we were both freaked out cause we thought I might be pregnant and blah blah blah. Well on the 4th, I broke up with my boyfriend again. Yesterday, the 5th, I was at work, and I started my period. I was supposed to work until 5, but didn't, cause I had to leave at 2 cause I had to go home and change. Well, when I went home my mom came home and asked if I wanted to go to the Little League Senior all star game which started at 5. We used to work down at the snackbar down there and they'd been asking about us I guess. Well I go there, and this guy I used to like was there and we started talking and I told him I'd broken up with my boyfriend and he was like oh that sucks and we were just talking and then we ended up getting together ^_^ Yeah I know it sounds like I'm a big old hooker... boyfriend, no boyfriend, boyfriend, no boyfriend, and finally boyfriend. But..... I'm really glad I started my period.. being that I wasn't pregnant by either of my ex's, and I'm glad I started it so i could go home so I could go to the game and get with Josh... ahh.. fun times :) Plus, it doesn't hurt that it's an extremely light period :)

Are you sure it is your period?

If it is quite light, it could actually be implantation spotting and mean that you might be pregnant.

I suggest you post in the amipregnant community and get a pregnancy test ASAP.

If you do not want to get pregnant, do not have unprotected sex.

It is not a huge effort to take a pill or have a guy use a condom.

Well most of my periods are considerably light and every so often I have a fairly heavy one. I'd been having unprotected sex for over a year and a half and not been pregnant. But, i know i've just been getting lucky but I've stopped having unprotected sex.

I'm glad your situation turned out good, but remember that STDs don't magically go away (sometimes don't go away at all), and paternity tests, child support, and related issues can drag on for years and inconvenience your life in more ways than can be listed.

what everyone else says is true, you should be on BC and use condoms. this will prevent future worries.

believe me, you are not the only one who sleeps with guys like that! you seem pretty cool, so take care of yourself :)
