is it kosher to do kegels while wearing a tampon? i don't see why it wouldn't but you never know

i think so, but i hear if you have something in your vagina while doing kegels, you risk hurting yourself if you do too many, so.. don't do too many. :)

They actually make kegel exercisers that are meant to be placed in the vagina to aid vaginal wall fitness. Haven't heard too much about injury as a result of those. Hmm.

i heard about it at a female orgasm workshop that came to my school last year. they just said that it's possible to injure yourself (not too seriously) if you use a kegel exerciser (i had forgotten what they were called), whereas if you don't, you won't hurt yourself. but from the way they were talking, you really only risked injury if you did a lot of kegels with a kegel exerciser.

Yeah, I recall them saying that as well. I imagine if you did hurt yourself it would be about the same feeling as pulling your groin muscle....but internally..

yeah sounds like any sort of sport/muscle training sort of injury. heh
