Weird period...

My period has always been irregular, but for the past 7 months, it HAS been regular, except for this month. Does that make sense? lol.

Anyway. My situation/question: Three weeks after my last period, I had spotting for 7 days straight. It was enough to need a pad, but it was way lighter than my period always is. I just thought of it as spotting, I didn't think it could be my period. So, I was expecting my period this week, and I haven't gotten it. I had a day of spotting on Tuesday, which I thought would be the start of my period, but it stopped.

Is it possible that the week of spotting WAS my period? It's just all together weird. Normally my period lasts for 4 to 5 days and it's heavy. And it was light that week of spotting, and I didn't have cramps or any of my usual symptoms.

I don't know what to think. :/ Any thoughts about it?

Maybe I have been more stressed then usual...And I think my eating habits last week were horrendous, maybe that's also the problem. I'm wondering if I have my period today though. lol. I'll just have to see if it continues

my periods are usually heavy also and there was one time in the past where i got my period and it was really, really light. I'm pretty sure that's normal and quite a relief if you ask me.

Yes. If it was my period, it would be fantastic. Heh. Normally it's really heavy and awful for me, it would be a relief to have a break.
