What type of protection (condoms, pills, patch, pulled out) did you use, if any? I usually use condoms and when I don't use those, we pull out.

Did you have any problems with your protection (condom breaking, missing pills)? Besides the fact of pulling out, nope.

How many days are usually between the first day of one period and the first day of the next? Usually 28 from my history, but lately it's been extremely varied.

Any significant changes which could change your cycle (major change in diet, exercise, new medication, major stress, etc.)? I completely cut out fast food. I was eating it almost every day of the week then up and stopped. I recently got back into it because it's just so much easier than cooking but I stopped again. I literally, this week, started walking 2 miles a day but it's nothing like overly strenuous. I was also recently very stressed but half of it had to do with this!

What was the date of the first day of your last period? July 14th..probably lasted about 5 days and was completely normal besides the obvious fact that it was late.

What date(s) did you have sex? I have sex about 3 times a week on average and I never keep track.

Where did ejaculation occur (in vagina, in condom, outside body, pulled-out, etc.)? Either in condom(inside of me) or outside the body from a pull out method.

Do you or do you not want to be pregnant? I wouldn't like to be but if I am I will cope fine.

Is there anything else which leads you to believe that you are pregnant? Just the spotting..the pulling out never really scared me.



So, it all started back in June. My period has always comes about 28 days later..on the dot. My boyfriend and I use(d) protection 7 out of 10 times. At the time, we were using condoms every single time. I was due to get my period in June and it never showed. I tried not to stress about it but of course, pregnancy crossed my mind. It did come about 3 weeks later but I was happy. I figured it was from the sudden diet change I took. The next month, same thing. My next period was due on August 11th and it still hasn't showed up. I started eating fast food again, almost as badly as before but then I stopped it. Now, I'm concerned about this discharge I'm getting. I've gotten it for almost a week. It started out as a VERY fair pink tint to my normal discharge maybe once a week, then slowly got a little worse. It's usually gone after one wipe and I don't see it until the next day. Now, it's a bit darker (brown like old blood from a period) and leaves a stain. I keep thinking it's a sign my period will start but nothing has happened. I don't think I'm pregnant because I'm having all the same "signs" I get when I'm about to menstruate(achey knees is my thing). What's up? Is it, again, my sudden diet change? Any ideas how long it can take to get back on track??

changes in diet, stress levels and exercise will all affect your cycle - however, withdrawal is _not_ a good birth control method.

the only way you'll know for certain regarding pregnancy is a home test, unless you're prepared to wait for your period.
