quickie question:

i'm 2 days late, which i never am, but as the whole month was filled with me being insane & thinking i was pregnant, i'm not surprised my cycle is screwy. i'm cramping like crazy, and i usually use a heating pad. here's my worry:

if i was pregnant, at 3 wks could a heating pad be harmful? it's astronomically low odds that i'd have a negative blood test, and wicked cramps & still be pregnant, but as i established before, i am crazy. so can i use my heating pad?

you know, I know that you started but I wanted to share that I know someone who had done SIX home tests that ALL said she was pregnant and even a blood test said she was... but then she started her period with pretty heavy flow. So they took her blood again and she came back negative. How weird is that?

It is pretty hard to get a false positive. Are they sure she didn't have a miscarriage.

thats what she thought, but she never had any symptoms of a miscarriage... so the doctors were stumped (i sat through all her doctor visits and such. We both didnt get it.) the doctors said maybe it was a pregnancy inside of the fallopian tube, and the body naturally took care of it. either way it was wierd.

lol, still good to know. all i found online was pregnant women who had all their pms symptoms, were so sure they'd start any minute, then finally broke down & tested- positive!

i'm relieved i started i suppose, but damn i can't wait until we start trying to conceive:) i'm baby-obsessed, in case anyone couldn't tell... ergh!
