Switching to Cerazette

After consulting my doctor last week, I'm about to switch from Mercilon to Cerazette. I took my last Mercilon pill this evening and will take my first Cerazette tomorrow.

I was wondering if anyone might be able to tell me about any possible unwanted side effects they've had on Cerazette? One of the main reasons I'm coming off Mercilon is because I think it's having a detrimental effect on my libido (which has gone down since I went back on Mercilon in July). I'd also like to know if Cerazette is any good at helping manage period pain.
