menstrualhutSo, today I started my period, and I'm trying The Keeper for the first time.
I had really high hopes, and I'm still optimistic, but not entirely sure that this will work out.
It is not entirely comfortable. When I first tried it on, the tab was too long, so I cut the tab to half it's length. WHen I put it in like that, the tab was very painful- it rubbed against the skin of my perineum in a most unpleasant way. pooka's advice and cut the whole thing off. However, there is still a little bit of the tab that rubs sometimes.
I just emptied it for the first time, and I have to say that it was very cool looking at a little cup of my blood. I've never seen any real quantity of my blood in a non-absorbed state.
