Hey ladies! Okay, here's my problem:

I have always had very irregular periods, i've skipped a month or two, here and there. So when I missed my period in December, I didn't really think about it, I took 2 pregnancy tests though, both came back negative. So I figured it was nothing, usual irregular self, but then I skipped it in January, took 2 MORE pregnancy tests, came back negative. I really should've gone to the doctor, and would have, except I have extreme anxiety/panic problems. I'm sure it sounds like a dumb excuse, but the word 'extreme' is an understatement, so pretty much, if i'm not dying, i'm not going to the doctor, you get the point. Anyways. On February 14th, I finally get my period, I have amazing timing, no? Anyways, it lasts about 5 days, the norm, and I was relieved. On the 20th I spotted a little bit, on the 26th, spotted again, and today I spotted.. again.

What's going on? Any ideas? I've gained a bit of weight lately, and have been incredibly stressed out. Maybe that has something to do with it? Any input would be MUCH appreciated, ofcourse if this pattern continues throughout March, I will get loopy on valium and be dragged to the gyno, but that's really only happening if it's a -must-.

Thanks so much in advance! :o)

xox,
Audrey.

wow
you and I are going throguh the exact same thing only my pregnancy test results were "iffy" to say the least.

By iffy I mean the line was broken and very very light so it makes me wonder if that even counts.

I was told stress plays a huge role.
It may be just that.

Your body is very sensitive to psychological changes, such as stress, panic attacks and the like. So if you are a stressed out as you say, then it's no wonder that you have irregular periods and spotting. You're making so many chemicals to deal with all that you're going through. Take note if you get a break sometime..I can almost assure you that not only would the spotting disappear, but your periods may become more regular. Relax honey...treat yourself.
