I got my period last night, oh boy! I'm fortunate to have very easy (albeit heavy and lengthy) periods. I just get a little bit of cramping and soreness on the first couple of days. I wonder.. for those of you who have lots of menstrual pain, do you also have heavy flows?

I find that my all-natural 100% cotton oxygen bleached tampons do not absorb as much menstrual fluid as o.b. tampons. I'm having to change them more frequently.

This link might be of interest. Although do take some of the quotes from The Wise Wound with a grain of salt. I read it many years ago and found it to be a little bit melodramatic and somewhat poorly written.
