Hello Ladies! I just recently visited the gyno and got a prescription for the NuvaRing (was on the patch, but discontinued using that after a lot of those warnings came out at the end of last year). I've just been waiting to start my period so I can give the ring a go, and today was the day. So..tomorrow/today I pick up my rings, and was just looking for any first time use advice any of you here that use the ring, or any experiences you've had - positive or negative - that you'd be willing to share.

No particular advice. The hormone levels weren't right for me, but it was a dream to use while I was using it. I think it's the greatest thing since sliced bread.
