Period struggles
Sep. 28th, 2006 11:33 amErgh. This morning was beyond horrible.
10 minutes into realising my period had started: Cramps by the truckload which Panadol and lying flat on my stomach on the bed with a pillow didn't help ease, shaking all over my body, constipation and nausea.
Feeling much better though now. Cramps have stopped quite a lot, a little pain still though. No more shaking. Nausea disappeared. I HATE FIRST DAY OF PERIODS!!! :(

Date: 2006-09-28 02:36 am (UTC)Have you ever tried Tylenol Women's? It puts all the Midol and Pamprin stuff I used to take to absolute shame. (99% of the time it makes me feel loads better...for the times it doesn't, I have naproxen via a prescrip from my ob/gyn)
