Mid cycle bleeding?

So my last period began on October 16 and ended about a week later. I usually go anywhere from 23 to 35 days between cycles.


That being said, yesterday I was bleeding bright red and had two quarter sized clots. Then it stopped within an hour.

There's no chance of being pregnant. No sex, so I dunno. Any ideas?

When I ovulate I bleed slightly, whether it be red or a brownishish color. So perhaps you were ovulating?
