Hi everyone :) I'll get straight to business!

In February, I had a medical abortion. Before then, my periods were clockwork. After it, my cycle became longer (~31 days+ where it had been 29 days.) I thought I might've gotten pregnant again this cycle, since my ovulation date is presumably a little later than it was before. However, a few days ago, I got a sort of brownish discharge that has turned into what is like a period. I know spotting could be possible during a pregnancy (though I would only be about 2 weeks pregnant if I were now..) but this is more than spotting. It's less than the normal period I have, but it's like a light period. Ideas?

Some other possible factors: just started soph. year of college, getting more exercise, changed diet, LOTS OF STRESS :-P

Thanks!

if you filled a tampon/pad, i'd say it's your period - the abortion may have upset your body's natural rhythmn, and it's now slowly settling to a new cycle.

however you might want to ask either [livejournal.com profile] femmehealth or [livejournal.com profile] am_i_pregnant

your sky-high stress levels wont help either :)

Why dont you take a pregnancy test?

If you are really worried about it then do a pregnancy test. Blood tests are fool proof, or if you want more immediate results take a urine test.
