Ahh.
Okay, so I've been menstruating for about 8 years and I had never experienced PMS, not once was I bitchy or irritable, I was just bleeding.
UNTIL last month. That was the first time I'd ever experienced it, but this month, it has returned!
And I don't like it. I'm getting really irritated at everything, or I'll get really upset randomly over something, and basically i keep having messed-up expressions on my face because I can't decide whether or not to be angry, upset, or just amused at myself for being so hormonal.
So, basically, I'm just wondering, how do you all deal with PMS? I can literally feel the hormones clouding my head and I don't like it.

Date: 2007-10-06 11:58 pm (UTC)you might just hit a point where your hormones have changed or something with your body changed and it could stay or go away.
For us ladies who always have pms, some months its worse then others; theres no real rhyme or reason.
Drinking lots of water, excercising, no caffiene/alcohol help with cramping and some of the emotional aspects.
Excercise promotes endorphins and seratonin which makes us happier and therefore more pleasant to deal with lol.
good luck
