daylight savings

I usually take Yaz at 11:30 at night. Tonight we're supposed to set back the clock an hour so my question is.. Do I wait until midnight, set back the clock and then wait until it's 11:30  or do I take it before I change the clock? I hope that made sense!

change the clock, take it at 11.30 as usual.

Technically the clocks don't change 'til 2 in the morning, so 11:30 at night is still 11:30 at night. :)

Honestly, an hour will make no difference. You just need to take it around the same time of day, to keep hormones level constant.
