earlier periods = more severe cramps?
Nov. 4th, 2007 04:33 pmSalutations, girls. Here's my story/question:
My periods are usually very regular and I have little or no cramping during my cycle.
However, for the past few months, I've been starting earlier and earlier (four to six days) and the cramps this last time were horrible. They only lasted for a day, but man, what a day. I'm not on any birth control and am STD-free. Does anyone know why my cycle has shifted and in turn, could that be why I'm getting crampier than usual? Thanks in advance for any advice.
