  i dont know if this is normal, but im not taking any birth control or anything but sometimes my period blood dosent come out red it comes out a different color like brown or something like that. and i was just wondering if this is normal.

brown is quite normal, especially during the last few days of your period. i typically have brown flow on the 1st, 4th, 5th and 6th days of my period.

Mine switches colors alot too, bright red, dark red, and browns.

The first time I noticed brown was after a few years of having my period, so it was a little startling at first; however, it's not unusual. Like _last_serenade_, I usually have brown (not quite "flow" necessarily) at the very start and toward the end.

Yes, it's normal and is considered spotting. I usually have two or three days of brown spotting, a couple of days of heavy red flow, and then a couple more days of brown spotting as it tapers off.
