I was wondering if anyone could give me anything indepth about signs/symptoms of ovarian cancer? I'm just being curious and everything I've seen is pretty skimpy.

Though perhaps, maybe the symptoms are truely just that vague?

I read someplace once that ovarian cancer is one of the hardest cancers to detect early because of the lack of symptoms.

I'm googling now to see if I can find where I read that.
